Current PSU fan broken, what's an adequate upgrade PSU?

As the title states my current PSU is dead. I'm looking for a fairly decent future proof PSU that's good for my specs but not ridiculous money.

Here's my specs:

AMD 965 Black Edition
4GB DDR2 RAM
GTX 470

to go into a..

Antec 900 case

You need more than 650w I reckon, you never know what hardware you might purchase.

Its clearly between the Corsair TX850/Antec HCG 750 and the new truepower 750 if you want modular cabling.

If it is only the fan that has died, can you not replace and repair? May be a bit fiddly, but will save you wonga on laying out for a new PSU.....
