Current situation with Asus Transformer models

Hi

Can any please explain what the current situation is with Asus Transformer tablets? I'd be looking to get one in the near future but I'm confused as to what's current and what's in the pipeline.

As far as I understood it, the Transformer Prime was released some time back but it had problems on launch. Was a revised model ever released (TF701?)? I've also just read about an Asus Pad 300, is this due to be the new and improved Transformer Prime?

I'm very confused, I just want a decent alternative to an iPad,

The 300 is a cut down prime.

So the Prime is still the current "flagship" product? Were the bugs ever resolved?

I've found one for sale for £258.12 but have no knowledge of the company who's selling it.
