Whats the difference between a normal tikka masala and a tikka masala balti?
Balti = bucket.
It’s basically the same dish but one is cooked in a bucket.
Baltis are often served with a naan or chipaties rather than rice. It's supposed to be finger food IIRC.
It was served with a plain naan, but so much sauce, I wouldn’t class it as finger food.Baltis are often served with a naan or chipaties rather than rice. It's supposed to be finger food IIRC.
