Very nice work, looks very interesting, what are the temps like by the way? I'd imagine everything but the processor is little warmer then usual

Own made "rack" PC... standard PSU just doesn't fit the picture.

used to backup data...
Remember to backup also this one, that HDD probably isn't running at its optimal temperature.
You'll also want to keep eye on them if there are any electrolytic capacitors under that cable spaghetti.

That switch looks somehow familiar...

I dont like it at all, sorry. I think if it was a little wider so the PSU was flush it would be much better.

The HDD has been plastic backed so no worries there usually is at 37deg - mainly due to the 40mm fan above it sucking air through the pci-e part of the mobo. The main reason the PSU isn't flush as it was an exercise in minimal design, using the psu as the stabiliser, and the creating of the smallest possible form hence the protrusion of the CPU heat sink. I do wish the PSU was fan less but I was on a budget here.
The colour change represents the removability of the maintenance panels, i.e. red for static, un finished for removable.

with the few componets you have in there you could have uesd one of the 220watt shuttle PSU's as they are only 40mm in height it would have finnished off the look nicely
just my 2 cents worth

nice minimum build though
