Custom CPU watercooling help

I've looked into XSPC and the pumps don't seem to cut it.
Can someone please guide me on something that will last a while and cost around £150 to cool JUST a 3930k with no room for upgrade (To keep cost down).

If £150 is your budget for the whole setup, I'd suggest the H100 with 4 decent fans, will give you better performance at that price point than a custom loop will, especially as you don't want to upgrade your loop.

If I wished to overclock the 3930k to 4.8Ghz and my budget was a bit higher then is there anything you could suggest? I've been reading for the past few days and I just cannot come to any conclusion.

How much space do you have for radiators?

For 200 you can get the OcUK tech lab 240 kit which isn't bad. Although personally I'd go for the 280 quid 360 kit which is a lot better.

I havn't even bought a case. I'm considering my options before I dish out. Is a 360 RAD going to make a difference with only a CPU?

Also, the kit have a good pump and CPU block?

A decent 240 will be ok for CPU only, a 120 in push/pull with decent fans would cool it Ok but lets face it if you wanted a leaf blower you would by an air cooler.

The reason I suggest the 360 kit is that you probably wouldn't need to run the fans and it has an excellent pump.

The OcUK kits have by far the best pumps so they'd be my choice.

There are two packs of tubing (second one was an accident

)

And the tubing cutters are fine

Why wouldn't it cut it for a cpu loop only. I thought EK is worst then XSPC. I'm really confused.

Basivcally, there are 3 XSPC rads.
RS (worst)
EX
RX (best)

And the EK rads are better than the RS, but not as good as the EX.

The RS would be ok, but i would really recommend spending the extra for an RX

But I would personally get a custom kit with a more powerful pump and an EX rad.

Or get the RS kit and an EX rad an sell the RS.

No problem

The kit has an XSPC bay res pump, but a laing DDC pump is a lot more powerful so if possible, i'd go for that

RS and EX are 35mm thick, the RX is 63mm thick. The RX are big chunky mofo's - I have 2 of them in my rig.

So bear in mind how much room you will need - dont forget to add thickness of the fans as well.
