Which brands other than Rock, Kobalt, Alienware ... offer customisable laptops?

I ask as im comparing specs and pretty much factory made laptops dont come close enough to offering me the longevity to cash ratio required on this purchase...

As it stands, this is the best laptop I can pickup:

Does anyone know of any advances on that? Disregard price, if you do find something as im doing a comparison for myself before hitting the phones trying to get the best deal I can.

Try looking at Sager and MYSYN you maybe able to spec something better

Cheers for that, Sager are actually the most competitive by a mile - for a better spec machine than Rock, im saving 1K at the top end... but with import customs and shipping, it decimates most of that margin to around £300.

MYSN are close, probably the best price as the CPU is better than what I can get from UK retailers... but the warranty worries me.

So as it stands Kobalt, at nearly 700 pound cheaper than Rock with a better SLI GPU combination is the winner of my cheque. Ive time on my side at the minute so will sit on any new tech coming in the next few weeks.. but its interesting to have like for likes in that way.
