Custom PC is not here yet??

I ordered a custom PC from here on Monday 25th February and it said it’d be a 7 day delivery, but it’s been 8 days now and it’s still not shipped. From what I’ve been reading most orderers from here have arrived in under a week, but mine still has not been shipped. Anyone know why?
Sorry if it’s a stupid question, I’m just excited and impatient/worried.
