Custom Watercooling Question

Hi there,

I am going to be doing myself a custom watercooling loop. I have done 4 previously but not for around 5/6 years. I was just wondering, with the following item:

Is this all I need to go inside the loop? Or will I need some other stuff as well? If theres anything else needed or any other alternatives recommended then I am fully open to suggestions

This is the kit I bought a a few weeks ago:

Will the 1ltr be enough then I presume? And also would it be worth getting UV lighting with it? Obviously the tubes are green, so would it still work out for me? And if so, what UV lighting should i get?
