Anyone had above and beyond customer care from a car dealer.

I bought my typre R from a suzuki dealer and 6months later out of the blu I have a letter thanking me and a voucher for a family portrait set from a photographer.

Thats awesome customer service.

Is it one of those ones where you turn up and they try and sell you £1000's of pictures?

I got one from VW and didn't use it.

Nope says on voucher this coverd Photo session and all print copies. Just seemed nice but not having purchased a car from a mainstream garage before this may be standard practice lol

You get a free print that's the size of a normal photo if it's a Venture style studio and to get anything bigger you pay £hundreds+.

I used to work there, this is how they make their money, by sending out deal offers to car dealers who give these vouchers to buyers and stuff.

looks like a local studio, hand made dvd etc, as its a family run suzuki garage I think its a family friend so trying to get the name out. Still nice of them
