I have had 4 or 5 faulty corsair h80's and i was completely fed up of taking them back to the shop to be swapped everytime they failed. also i have a corsair hx850 psu and its whining a fair bit. So i did set up RMA'S for the both of them to corsair originally but it was going to cost me to send them. So yesterday i rung up corsair direct and now they have agreed to get them both picked up and sent free of charge with UPS, and not only that.....
They have agreed to upgrade my corsair h80 to the corsair h80i free of charge.

Now that's customer service !!!

Just though I would share that hehe

Ok maybe a silly question here, but corsair sent me shipping labels to put on my cooler and psu so ive gotta pack them up. Another email says
this notice alerts you, Corsair memory bv has processed this UPS Returns request. A label has been created and is in transit to the collection location.
And then it shows the label i think they will use. So am i right in thinking Corsair have shipped the labels to UPS, and then UPS will email me to arrange pick up?
Confused hehe

UPS turned up this morning at 9oclock and said the parcels will arrive in holland tomorrow!!! i was still packing them away, there was no confirmation saying they where even coming yet. They have to be a quickest courier service out there lol

Oh wait a minute now i have no pc, only a laptop ahhhhh i might even have to watch tv with the mrs !! OMG

The thing you posted earlier just means that no tracking info is available straight away, until it gets so far through their network, applies to deliveries to you too.

Ahh ok mate, never used UPS before, but yeah so far so good, if they are this quick getting it back to me, i might have them replaced within 7 days.

Corsair are awesome fair play. Most of my PC is corsair stuff because of their warranties and CS.
A few years ago, my very old (at the time) PSU was rotting away, well out of warranty. Gave Corsair a quick ring to see if they can repair it and they just sent me out a HX620, they didnt even ask for my old PSU back (although I did have to give them the SN and all that).

Ok guys just tracked my parcels and im not quite sure why but they are sayin.

Looks like it's a mistake, unless they attempted delivery and couldn't reach you, though they would likely go ahead and re-attempt it again the next day. Give UPS a ring as soon as you can and provide them with your tracking ID and ask them to look into it.

Ill ring them now mate.... ok i rung UPS and it turns out the labels Corsair gave UPS where return labels and that classes them as the sender and not me, how confusing haha. So yeah they have them. Now ill try and work out how to check on them
