Just post in the Customer Service section about two sections above this if you have a problem. You will get an answer very quickly, though maybe not this time of night.
 
Been using OCUK for years now and not had a single problem they haven't fixed.

Unless you care to explain, It seems you are just banging haphazardly on the cage for a reaction.
 
Can you Please read the note below as this is a complaint.
First RMA return then a new one was supposedly sent.
I still think that order NO 4258872,is a refurbished item,
Plus there is no 16 gig card included as it isays on the delivery note.
As you seem to think the customer to be an idiot in the way you answer MY web note this is a complaint.
Please read the comments below.
And if you find that the customer is wrong.
A complete refund on the distance selling act, is my only address.
I now want My money back as I am fed-up with your customer service.
I will allow you 7 days to collect the product and refund
