The kb was ordered on 4 Jan from Lexington Kentucky, and arrived on the 8th. This kb is based on the old IBM Model M, it is USB, black, with blue\gray keys.

The first thing you notice is how heavy and solid it is, it seems to be hewn from a solid block of plastic. The keys have individual 'buckling spring' return action, and are firm and positive to press, they do not wobble from side to side and are a joy to type with. Small feet are provided on the back if more rake is required but I find the 'scooped out' angle of the keys perfect without thier use.

This kb is not for everybody, the keys make a loud clickety clack when pressed and other people in a quiet environment may find it annoying. There are also no media keys at all, but if you do a lot of typing and the lack of media keys is not a problem to you I can't recomend this kb highly enough.

I paid $69 for the kb with $40 FedEx carriage. This is the last bk I will buy for a long time.

If someone could tell me in simple steps how to include photo's I'll stick a few up.

Oh look, 250 posts. I can now sell my Micrsoft Ergonomic 4000 kb (can't get on with its humpback) and my Microsoft Reclusa, (does'nt work in Vista.) in the MM.

Cool. I'm glad it arrived in one piece! :) I have my eye on one of these. If you want to add a few pics, resize them to something reasonable (800x600), upload them to somewhere like imageshack.us, and then put the url to the image between tags like these
