CV Critique

Don't make promises in your personal statement that you can't back up elsewhere in the CV.

You say " I am very self sufficient but also work very well in a team either as a member or in a leadership role." but there's no evidence on that on the rest of the CV.

"I was also tasked with researching new avenues and carried out market research on Zoopla.com and other similar services in order to see if they could be beneficial to the business, we adopted one of these services which has proven very lucrative since."

That's interesting, but of no use whatsoever. What does "lucrative" mean? How much extra income came from Zoopla? How did you track Zoolpa referred business?

Your personal statement doesn't actually say what you want to do until the final sentence.

Oh and fix all the spelling and grammar mistakes, there's too many to list individually.

:(

Spelling and grammar will be sorted, but on the note of the zoopla stuff, it was quite simple for measuring it, "hi we saw your house advertised on zoopla" I have no data to back this up, and would it be even legal to talk other companies numbers in a CV?

Ive gone with this for now.

we adopted one of these services which has proven very lucrative since, the cost of using the promotional site was covered typically by one let per month, of which we received well over one let per month in referrals since its implementation.

Without yet reading your cv id advise you to do 1 with a short personal statement and 1 without, some roles ask for a covering letter with ur cv. In law 2 page cvs and covering letters are the norm, could be the same in most commercial positions

Yeah I will send a covering letter thats tailored for each role, was planning to do that anyway, was going to use this one as a generic'ish one for less serious jobs to get me back into work when I move.

Yes, you can talk about figures - both in terms of numbers sold/referred but also in general terms of extra revenue generated.
