I've been looking at CV examples online and some include personal profiles and other's don't. I'm just looking to find a part time job so I will send my CV by E-Mail to loads of places. Do I put my personal profile on my CV or in the cover letter? I've listed my work experience, skills and qualifications just unsure about the personal profile bit. Also, with the cover letter should I just make it the main text in the E-Mail and attach the CV as a PDF file?

The e-mail is the cover letter, and yes you need a personal profile. You also need to tweak the CV to the different jobs.

Does the personal profile go in the cover letter or CV? Also how long must it be?

Profile goes in the CV, and should be quite short, approximately one paragraph - about 3 sentences.

Font should also be something like Verdana and size 11, may also be better sending some by post on good quality paper.

I'm using Verdana, use it for everything but still undecided on font size. Why send by post though when you can just e-mail?
