Is it worth trying to get my RAM to work at 1T rather than 2T? I know 1T is faster, but is it going to be noticeable?

I have GeIL ultra low latency 4-4-4-12 PC6400 800Mhz stuff. E6600 CPU over clocked to 3Ghz. RAM voltage at 2.1V and CPU voltage at 1.375V.
