I carry 2 spare tubes, repair kit, CO2 pump and 2 cartridges, tyre levers, powerlinks, multitool, spare gear cable and phone.
The last item is most important as I generally phone the wife if something goes wrong rather than fixing by the roadside.
Same, minus the CO2 pump.
And I call my flatmate.
