Top service from RoseBikes today. Ordered a DA Chainset (FC-9000) last weekend (same price I paid in the summer for another bike, cheaper than anywhere else @£240 vs £280-300+) which arrived today.

Spotted they'd reduced the price to £191 so asked for the difference back and received my refund note this afternoon :cool:

Similar with Sigmasports - Great service.

Bought some shoes via their Ebay store.....in the end decided to return them unused after a couple of months.....I spoke to their chat thinking I would need to go via ebay etc for return but chap said no, just return them free post to us directly. Did so and the within 1 hour of them receiving the shoes, they paid a full refund back to my paypal.

Nice and easy.

yeah - sigmasports on ebay is the same as the sigmasports.co.uk website.
