I haven't condoned what the cyclist did. I stand by my original post. You're completely deluded if you think the story is as simple as it has been reported.

lol that anyone is making judgements at all based off what we have been told so far. Reporting is so horrendous these days I'll be amazed if there's actually a bike involved and what actually happened was the dude slipped and fell.
