D-Tek Fuzion v1?v2? - Which CPU block?

Whats the difference between these two?
Also which is the best cpu block available at the moment?

The Fuzion v2 is slightly better performing than the v1, and generally the EK supreme is slightly (half a degree to a degree at most) better than the Fuzion however it's a lot more restrictive.
