Still waiting for a response from customer service after 4 days :confused: I hope this isn't going to be a big pain in the bottom.

I had this issue with a webnote support ticket a few days ago, call them instead. I called them, they looked up the ticket and sorted it there and then. I think they have a lot of backlog at the moment so its taking some time to sort through things.

Well, it's not urgent, I'm not waiting on it to get a system running. So I'll see if they get back to me in the next couple days and chase it up next week.
Not needed to contact support for a long time. But if this is the norm now, it's not great. Hopefully just a blip.
 
I didn't put a web note in, but called direct and had a very helpful and quick response followed by an almost immediate RMA initiation. When they're on it, they're definitely on it...

At least not in my experience
Like I said though
If a Web note isn't answered same day
If you put it in reasonably early in the day
Or by next working day
Resort to the old fashioned method
And pick up the phone
