Can anyone help me out with this, I dont know if the sales guy was lying to me or if this is true and is it worth arguing about.
I phoned up orange CS to upgrade my phone and contract, in fact to do it for my parents as well. We are all on the same account (not contract) to give us more bargaing power. Untill last year we didnt use our phones very much and so had been on pretty much the same phone contracts since we first got them about 7 years ago (inflaion had made them surprisingly good value for money). However recently we had started using our phone a lot more and for the last 6 months our bills had been aou £150 (for all 3 of us). So we decided to change to £30 tariffs and i managed to get them to throw in free orange care too. So far so good (I think this is a good deal right?). My parents both want motorola V3i Deep Purples since they like thier current ones and thought a change of colour might be nice. I wanted a K800i UNTIL I saw the D900
I dont really need a great camera and its just sooo small! anyway the guy on the end of the phone who upuntil then had been helpful gave me some rubbish about them not being able to sell me it since they dont have branded ones even thought i pointed out to him it is on their website - surely they can sell it to me!!!!! i ended up agree to a k800 (not that bad but not what i wanted) but that was out of stock anyway so he said he would have to put it all through next week. when i speak to him again is it worth trying to get the D900?? I *really* want the phone and its just making me
