Anyone gone for a 22/23 Duster?

Any thoughts on them at all? I'm currently looking at going for an extreme 1.3 but don't know anyone who has one.

I never knew “Extreme “ and 1.3 could go together :D

To be fair the HR13DDT produces some pretty decent power for a 1.3 - also used by Nissan, Renault and Mercedes. Albeit it is pretty rinsed out to produce that power which it will remind you of if you are pushing on at fast motorway speeds, etc. it'll manage sub 10 second 0-60 times on fairly chunky SUVs in some cases as low as 7 seconds.

These small eco, turbo engines aren't bad, but they aren't the smoothest thing in the world. All the power is up to about 40-50 and then they do quickly run out of puff after that.

I've got a seat Toledo currently 1.2 110 bhp but it's flat as arse. Looking for anything suv style that's less than 25k tbh just want something that's a bit more sat up and comfy

This 1.3 doesn't run out of puff really - if you are the kind of person who happily cruises at or near the speed limit and gets up to speed reasonably quickly but not briskly it is fine, if you drive a bit more spiritedly and like to push on then it will remind you it is a 1.3 - working hard and hence drinks fuel but does produce the power.

I have to say if you've got 25K to spend I would not be looking at a Duster - kind of fun basic car if you want a workhorse but there is a lot better.
