Take a look at the SS below and tell me what you think!

No matter what i do it doesnt seem to change.

Do you think it stuck @.9Volts?

The reason why i ask is my OC it stuggling cant get past 910/1375.

it looks to me like your watching a movie or doing something accelerated on your 2d desktop

if your running 2 cards 1 will stay dormant and the other will process 2d acceleration.
untill you actually go into 3d games the other card will activated then. otherwize 1 always stays idle in 2d.

Its like that when i load both cards.(furmark/stuff like that)even the same when im playing games. Not the clock speeds thats stepping fine its the volts.

Are you running the cards in crossfire (enabled in CCC), have you installed a crossfire bridge.
Finally are you running the benchmarks in Fullscreen as crossfire doesn't work in windowed applications...

I also seem to recall that a previous version of either GPUZ or MSI AB used to report the Voltages and clocks of Card 2 incorrectly...

edit - which is irrelevant as you have the newest version...

well in the picture 1 of your cards is idle with 0.9v thats normal
your other card should actually be 1.175v

but im guessing that voltage is normal considering the core clock is 450mhz, forget furmark as it will only show proper 3d clocks with 20% power control in ccc otherwize there will be throttling.

though you should just play games to test the card and clocks as in normal games 3d clocks will stick and operate but you have to remember also some games dont fully load the card out as the cards in crossfire are super fast and sometimes the cores fluctuate from max speed to 500mhz and 250mhz ect. wich is all normal.

Yes
Yes
and 3 full screens.

Im sure the cards are running in xfire no problems getting 40+fps in crysis2 and 120 portal2 500fps CCS (5760x1080)

The pic above is two GPuz open showing the cards at the same time.
