Here is some pictures of the damage

All repaired now

Was in hospital for a week :( They thought there was something wrong with my neck, then during a routine heart check they found something wrong :eek:

oh well!

Took out the wing and the headlight. Also bent the bonnet

Enjoy.......These pictures are a bit old now.

it has been taken in to a toyota Garage and fixed. Didnt cost much at all. I was expecting write of stuff, but it came in at a paltry 2000 Euro.

They even washed the car for us. :D
 
altogether the things that needed replacing and the costs were:

2x wings
1x bonnet
1x headlight
1xBumper
1xAlloy
2xFog Lights
1xWindscreen
Some suspensiony thingy
2x Toyo Proxies
My neck (new delivery on the way)

For a fair bit last week. This week I seem better (See when I started posting again).

Only problem with Ireland is that there is no NHS. You pay for your medical billls unless you are insured :rolleyes:

My dads insurance was declared null and void :mad:

The MR2 was Crashed and that these pictures are mine.

I swear I have been in hospital.

Okay overcalculation. One wheel came off.

Apprently when it took it of that metal stick, the brake disc or that circular thing drove into alloy and took it off.

I swear that I was taken to hospital via an ambulance summoned urgently :rolleyes:


One wheel arch was damaged with the wheel flopping off. The other It seems ok but it was turning in a queer manner.

But seriously, it dont look like a salvage yard (grassy field, lack of 'salvage') and its not as if he could drive that thing anywhere. Way too much effort to trailer it there just to look cool on the internet also.

Tbh, i do genuinely believe these pics. Still a little skeptical about his story tho, the damage to the car does not look like a massive impact that would put him in hospital for a week, then again, he didnt say his heart problem was crash-related, so i'll give him the benefit of the doubt for this thread. :)
