Could you give a description of the problem your having, it would be easier to tell what your problem may be.
The only way to tell what's damaged is to have it in front of you or at least some info on what the Pc is doing at the time.
Damaged hardware can cause various error's or problems.

I havnt damaged anything (atleast i dont think so lol)
I just dont know what to look for when they do start going wrong. I actually posted the thread as id been messing with my GPU per the sticky in the graphics section on the forum and i noticed even when setting my card back to default theres a lot of tearing when playing Skyrim >.<
