Damit lat spread

Hey guys,

I managed to pop out my left lat really big in the mirror but couldnt do my right lat. I dont know how i did it either and all of a sudden i cant do it all

Could someone tell me how to do one please

Hands on hips, shoulders foward is the jist of it, is it not? im sure its not that simple though

im sure ther eis bound to be some good posing guides on various forums if you have a look, or, just watch a few competition clips on youtube, you will get the general gist from that.
