Nearly got me in a lot of trouble the other night, i'm usually such a mild mannered fellow and will go out of my way to avoid trouble.

But anyway I had just finished my jujitsu session and had copious amounts of beer. Was walking home with the gf when we decided to get a burger and sit on some steps near the centre.

When all of a sudden 3 boy racer type cars come tearing up the road generally being a nuisance and almost causing an accident, this annoyed me so for reason I decided to throw the remainder of my lovely burger (:() at the rear car. Next thing I know they all pull over and a bloke gets out of the front car and starts effin and blindin at me.

Luckily I had enough senses about me to say to the gf "I think we should make a rapid exit"

Luckily for us they didn't follow.

Def blame the alcohol, no way would I ever put myself in a situation like that normally. Kinda surprised myself really :p

Edit: Just thought I'd share my random story of the weekend with you ;)

Why are you telling us of your burger hurling exploits, not something I would be telling anyone to be honest.

What did you expect to happen?

And if he punched you square in the mouth would this have been an OMFG WTF i got assualted at the weekend thread, no i think not.

Count yourself as lucky, and if beer does that to you i would give it up mate becasue you are going to get yourself in some trouble!!

Was there an element of showing off to the girlfriend here as well?

Learn from my mistakes, I did something stupid and nearly paid for it.

I don't think I expected them to notice who threw it tbh, we were quite far back from the road, but hey c'est la vie :(

Your story is rubbish, i much prefer the made up stories of slaying 25 Chavs with the raise of an eyebrow before high fiving the Hoff in a tag team duet of destruction.

PS. If you made your story up, thats even worse, and you should feel ashamed. Otherwise, if your story is real, its still not great.

Lesson learnt though.. dont drink and drive!

No, thats not it is it?

I know what you mean. Nothing even happened. You threw something and someone shouted at you?!? Wowzer

PaulStat, I think this is a great thread and much better than the usual "I'm hard" attitude of stories that someone would post on here.

I am glad that you are responsible and secure enough to not have to try and look like a hard man

Pretty idiotic, sorry! I was walking along with a drunk workmate once when he decided to kick a rubbish bag on the street. Next thing a guy (obviously looking for a fight) with his 2 mates started saying "what the ****'s your problem." His mates weren't really looking for a fight though and I definitely wasn't so we resolved things diplomatically!

Well maybe you learned your lesson and won't start something you can't finish in future - and I'm not talking about the burger :p
Seriously though, I know some one confronted a scumbag in his car... he ended up getting mowed down and died a week later. Good phrase to bear in mind is "don't go looking for trouble", especially not after you've been drinking!
