Dancing in clubs

I've seen that video before, it is priceless. I wonder if it's staged at all.. Still cool though haha.

Think if they had a group of 10 or so people running towards him, that would attract attention, then like sheep everyone wants to see what's going on over there!

Don't normally have it as bad as the OP in Cambridge, but something that does frequently happen is when we're dancing next to some women (but not sometimes "with" them). Some drunk guy(s) would squeeeeze in between us and the women and constantly elbow me for the next 10mins.

I really don't like clubbing, but its what my friends are in to and I have to persist. Although sometimes we can have a really good night out with no problems.

Thoses people are bullie biys mate, you have a few options. Fight them, ignore them or most of all dont go to the CRUDDY Clubs in the first place.
 
Weird that, I was looking for that video a few months ago to show someone but couldn't for the life of me find it. :D

That's why I don't go clubbing. Late bars of the trendy variety is where I take the missus not particularly my scene but generally no bother in them. If I do go out with the mates we'll generally go to indie clubs where I can't recall ever seeing any bother.

Agreed.

Ok Im biased since Im into trance/house etc but I gotta say that this sort of trouble doesnt seem to exist at electronica nights. I dunno...but people who are into this stuff really are there for the music and not to pose and look hard.

That is because Trance is not designed for humans - it's just random unpleasant noises that one can only sustain if under serious crack.

In any case night clubs generally attract all sorts of scum, so it is best to just avoid them. Go to the theater or musical instead.

I think its neat how wired we all our for the kinds of music we like. Fascinating how a genre someone likes sends the other person running for cover :D All my mates are into RnB, hip-hop and charty stuff that I cant stand. And they feel the same about the trance lol.
