Danger Den Z Chipset Block Compatible with DFI NF4 Ultra D?

As title really looking to expand my loop by getting a larger rad, will the z chipset block fit on the nf4 ultra d, can situate my gfx card into lower pci-e slot if necessary, but will it attach itself in the first place?
