Dangerous driver how to report?

Had a phone call from a family member that a driver ( got the reg ) was driving at speed, under taking people on the left hand side and diving back in. He was making people break hard, driving towards chatham.

Can the police be called over this? or is there a different number

Like the taxi driver that nearly ran me off the road, went up the pavement undertook 3 other cars then at speed went through red lights... He was reported to the taxi firm and the police, he is still driving the same car with the same firm today

I was playing around with my mobile mount for my phone, recording video as I was driving. Stopped at a store and took it out of the window, didn't put it back up after I got back on the road. Sure enough something interesting happened: a pickup truck in front of me deliberately swerved into a deep puddle to splash and soak some construction workers that were there to fix the leak that caused the puddle.

I wished I had that footage to turn in.
