It looks like you are leaving the voltages on auto and the board is increasing them as you overclock. It's better to set them yourself. The DRAM voltage, well that depends on your RAM. Some RAM is 1.8v, some is 2.3v

your NB!!!! tone it down 1.62

Though id say ram seems right, what ram is it? mine (see sig) is rated 2.1-2.2

Actually what your system spec all i we know is you have a asus board

Hey mate, I have an Asus Striker II Extreme. Let me give you some advice, take PcProbe readings with a pinch of salt.

PcProbe was reporting my DDR3 voltage as 0.0v, then 2 seconds later, 3v! If this was correct I'd be getting bluscreens or even fried RAM modules, as 3volts would almost certainly kill them. Other programs such as motherboard monitor or HWmonitor, did not see these fluctuations in voltages. Also, PcProbe reported my Vcore to be 1.55, whilst in BIOS it was 1.4v.

Try other programs to "double check" the PcProbe readings. I've emailed Asus support regarding these errors, and they've simply replied to me "If your system is otherwise stable, and other programs are reporting correct voltages/temperatures, then do not worry".

If the readings are correct, then you might try what mame said. Wow, I've written a lot.

i want to overclock my system to 3.7gh on air but i'm not sure how

i got quad 9550
2 x 2gb g.skill
rampage formula mobo
artic freezer 7

i set my multi to 8 and fsb to 400 which now is running at about 3.2gh but to push it more but not sure what i can do

The default NB voltage is 1.25.
So you could lower your NB voltage a bit so the NB runs cooler.

I am quite suprised that its 1.25v at default because with my chip even at stock speeds if I leave NB volts on auto it sets 1.50v so i assumed that was what it should be (will try lowering mine and see if I can still keep my O/C the same)

If it hadn't been for the OP I would never have known

1.50 is pretty high for this board.
Most people seem to set it around 1.30v.

The NB on rampage does run hot though.

NB was at 58 C with 1.5v, I put it down to 1.25v and it wouldnt post so bumped it up slightly to 1.27v and it posted fine (NB is now at 48 C), am running prime95 to check its still stable.
