Anyone else find this stuff absolutely amazing? I'm on the organic Green & Blacks 70% stuff at the moment. Just incredible in small amounts. No wonder it's an aphrodisiac.

I did a comparison between all the posh dark chocolates you can buy in Tesco and Lindt 70% was noticeably more flavoursome to me.

Just remember to let it melt in your mouth rather than chewing it, if you chew it you will make it taste bitter and lose the complexity of flavour.
I was amazed at te difference this made when I tried it after being told about it.

Green & Black's burnt toffee dark chocolate is amazing. Only 60% cocoa but incredible.

Anything 70%+ is gorgeous. I don't mind 60% stuff. However white chocolate and milk chocolate, whilst I won't throw it away and still eat it, are an abomination.

Tried the 'melt in the mouth' method with some 70% Green and Blacks and it was absolutely divine. I wouldn't eat dark chocolate as a rule as I find it bitter and I'm really not a big chocolate eater anyway but to be honest after eating 1/5 of the bar in this way that was enough - so rich and such lovely flavours.

2 1/2 bars to go!

Oh, weird thing I know but anyone else notice if you eat chocolate this way it cleans your tongue? (Of course after the chocolate has come off!)

I've got some 'Endangered species' 88% dark chocolate at the moment, which is pretty nice.

I've tried a few different types, from Lindt 70% 85% 90% and 99%, to Dagoba, Viviani, Montezuma's and others. Lindt 90 & 99% hit the spot the most of the ones I've tried. Always tastes much better if you let it melt in the mouth though, especially the 99% stuff which isn't great if you just chew it down, bloody horrible infact.

The sainsburys taste the difference dark chocolate with orange is actually extremely good and surprisingly high cocoa solid content.

never been a fan of dark chocolate, don't like coffee either.

bitter things don't really do it for me, too much of a sweet tooth.
