DARKSIDERS 3

The first one is fantastic, definately go back and finish it. Play the Warmastered edition at this point. The 2nd one I played directly after the first and didn't like it as the character just felt so different but I left it for a few months and went back and it felt like a totally different game. Ended up thoroughly enjoying it. 3 gets a bad rep but I will pick it up at some point. Glad to hear you are enjoying it.

Yeah I need to go back to it and most likely i will, just that the backlog of shame only gets bigger and bigger. I think I must have got stuck on the 1st one on a puzzle and got fed up, i should give it a go again might go with a walkthrough if i cannot figure it out, not much time to find things for myself now, i remember it felt like a zelda clone the 1st. The second felt like assassins creed which I cannot play plus it was on ps3 so didnt look really good on 720p 30 fps lol.

Is the Warmastered version worth to get since i have the original one on the pc?

For the 3rd, just go with low expectations like I did. And definitelly don't compare it to the other two because you will be dissappointed I think. In my mind it deserves to be at least played, its a different IP and glad that at least they managed to continue the story after THQ closed.

I do love a good hack n slash and my expectations will be lowered due to the reviews it gets etc but I am confident, if picked up cheap enough, I will enjoy it hehe.

I will continue my original one as i am more than half way and can't be bothered to re do things haha no time but thanks for the link thats a really good price.

Yeah i just realised i have so many games in the back log and also realised that there is no point buying them day one as the moment i start playing them they will drop stupidly in price. Case in point i had Persona 5 as a present from my gf i think when it was released and played it this summer 2 years later. You can get it like a 3rd of the price or even less now. So never again day one at least for games that i can wait to play later.

Played through all three Darksiders games and it was the second one that I enjoyed the most. It was my first purchase on WiiU ..money well spent

It's funny you say that because I hated it when I played it directly after the first. When I revisited it months later it really gripped me and I really enjoyed playing it. I think the more in-depth RPG elements (a degree of weapon crafting etc) gave it a bit more depth and a reason to re-visit areas and what not.

Just finished III.
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Not a 10/10 title and the story could have been explained better but I didn't feel the need of dropping it for something else. Worth a playthrough especially if you are like me and got it on your backlog psn+
