Yes, however...
All those make a huge amount of noise. So you'd have every zombie within a 3 mile radius heading for you...forever.

Dante - seriously he's half devil, and with devil trigger what zombie is gonna be able to do much to him, I doubt he'd even be infectable because of the devil blood, and he can take serious damage without being any worse for wear (see DMC4 for an example)
Samus - metal...teeth...just isn't happening, not to mention if it all goes horribly wrong she's got a remote controllable ride to get you out of there...
Geralt - he's a monster hunter, he's a witcher, he's intelligent, he knows what to do.
Oddly enough, none of these are 100% human, but they're not really what you'd call superhuman.
They also have enough specialities between them to cover each other and you. Dante is probably the most rounded, Samus has the most kit and strongest ranged equipment, and Geralt, well, he knows how to get up close and personal and come out breathing, zombies/undead are just another monster to him.
None of them are stupid either, they're smart enough to know when to fall back etc, some of the other obvious characters like Duke and Doomguy are a little too...direct.

One has a backpack full of nukes and is 50ft tall, another is an unstoppable killing machine and the last is perfectly capable of taking down gunships and striders and then race a car up a mountain.
Why would we want to sneak?

Pyro?? Flames are hardly the best weapon against zombies:
1. It wouldn't destroy the brain before they were tearing into you
2. They'd be tearing into you...WHILE ON FIRE!

Meh I suppose they're borderline, not quite what I'd call superhuman though, especially not compared to a lot of the video game heroes out there! Guess it depends on how OP you're looking for
If I couldnt take Geralt and Dante because they're a bit too OTT, I'd take Samus, Tony Stark [Iron Man] and Isaac Clarke (same as Marked One...been there, got the night of the living dead t-shirt).
I figure unless they've got some sort of decent upclose weaponry that isn't going to allow the zombies to get to close, it'd be much better to stay at range, and on the off chance something gets too close, Samus suit should offer her enough protection to hold stuff off for the others to get to better firing range, same with Iron Man. (Now Samus and Stark without the suits are relatively close to human, Samus is a bit beyond, but not superhuman, I mean Samus is kinda like a better, female, version of Iron Man
)Depends on whether non-superhuman characters with additional kit pushing them borderline counts or not, as Samus/Stark both count as this.

Good point, i'd also forgot that a real life zombie apocolyse would have FF on, so the Pyro isn't looking like such a good bet.
Best swap out for another heavy then
Faith as a scout and runner, also there for companionship when times get hard.
Garrus as the marksman and general comedy genius.
Dogmeat for jobs that humans can't do, like rescuing Andy from the gun store.
