My parents just got one of these letters from private eye through, got them to finally listen and to ignore it. Same letter as op, to the owner of the vehicle £50 or £80 if unpaid etc.

Con men. Did you ever here anything again dup.

Yep, Mr Duperouzer got a letter with some nice pictures of my (now old) car entering and leaving, which I ignored, and he got a letter from CCS collect last week.
