i use Stellar Phoenix FAT & NTFS - Windows Data Recovery Software but its not free, there are some programs on the net that are free just do a google search
you will allso need a hard drive or partition with the same amount of space as you cant recover the data on the same drive or you will over-ride and lose any data your trying to get back
