Dating is Expensive!!

So as some of may have seen on here, I'm recently back single and getting back into the dating game. But my god I'd forgotten how expensive it is!!

In the last 3 weeks I've met up with a few girls and I'm still right in saying that the guy should always pay? no? Well I have been, as well as driving and it all adds up to be stupid money!! The one time I let a bird pay for something (couple hot chocolates) the bloke serving us made the typical quirky 'Oh get rid of him love if he's making you pay' - Brilliant, cheers mate. Not awkward or anything.

Costs:

Girl1:

Meal - £48
Bowling - £22
Drinks - £30

Girl2:

Meal - £34
Meal - £41

Girl3:

Drinks - £18​

So in 3 weeks I've spent almost £200 just on going out and meeting them.. not even taking into account my new stupidly uneconomical car . I never thought Id be hindered by the cost as a pose to no one to meet! ha!

How do you charming blokes manage it? Or is it the same for all!

Girl 3 was abit crazy so took her home early! Haha.

I learnt my lesson that the first restaurant was quite pricey! haha!

What is the PPL (Price Per Lay)?

If Girl 1 works out as a lower PPL, then she clearly offers better value for money than if Girl 2 has a high PPL...

My other half always offers to pay half, and sometimes doesn't offer at all and just buys the lot. I never had to have that awkward conversation on our first date, or any date since.
