Dating

I met my g/f when she was 15 and I was 18 (she had only just turned 15) and myself had been 18 for 6 months.

We have been together 6 years now :)

no one had a problem with it.

I personally wouldn't do it, 15 year olds are still very young and have a lot of growing up to do.
^^ that's my opinion.

then again, the age gap isn't that large, so i don't really see any problems with it.

nevertheless, don't be alarmed if ms. 15 yr old starts acting weird and goes off the whole "boyfriend" thing. one thing i have observed, 15 year old girls can change their views/opinions like underwear.

if your 17 going on 18 is it wrong to be going out with a 15 year old? what do you all find acceptable etc

I know so many guys who are 20-25 all dating school girls probably 13-16 and they stand with them in public, kissing, etc. Its quite shocking really, get a hobby!

dude, just get on with it and enjoy been with her, i have been in a similar situation and thinking about and worrying about it too much turned out to be one of my biggest mistakes as i lost her and i really regretted it.

I wouldn't have gone out with any 15 y/o when I was 18. In my book it's too young.

I think the age thing becomes irrelevant once someone turns late-teens and early twenties.

My sister met her husband when she was 15 at a party, he is 2/3 years older and they are still together over 20 years later!

my best friends mum and dad have been together since she was 15 and he 18, that was almost 30 years ago.
a friend of mine turned 19 at the same time his (ex) girlfriend turned 16, she used him for a decent present ('oh my god! he's got a real job and not a paper round') and trips to the pub.
they lasted a whole month.

so i guess it depends, just be careful - and all that jazz

I met my wife when she was 15 I was 19...

4 years later married...

11 years after that....seperated....it was a good run though :)
