Daughter accused of breaking pub window - Advice please.

same as above - you have a family, its not worth the hassle for a small amount of money - the pub owners sound like nutjobs.

edit: ok, above +1 ;)

Well i got a few quotes for the window this morning.

Best prices i got, which he accepts are : £47 for 4mm thick, £70.50 for 4ml toughened, and £70.50 for 6mm

Since the landlady owes me £30 ots only going to cost me between £17 and £40.50

Phew!!

I'd take the pub name out of this thread if I was you, especially as you admited lying to the police re:that pub.

Get the toughened one, and then claim brick throwing rights at it when drunk!

Fun for all the family!

I hope it gets sorted for you soon mate! :)

Too late - I've already forwarded it to the Longton Bobbies :D

Funnily enough we have a real life copper on these forums but I'm not telling who it is.

ANY 4 year old should NOT be anywhere near a pub, let alone unsupervised with a seven year old.

You have the nerve to complain about it ......

She says that she did it ....

Nice family!

Go for it ....

seeing as you asked...
lots of pubs have restaraunts, so a meal with the family is normally a good thing, and more than one pub has a kids playground and encourages children to come along, it's part of the local's culture,
