Buy her a new film to watch when she gets home and some toy/something she would enjoy.

Won't be so bad when she wakes up if she gets excited about the gift you have bought for her

It's quite right what's being said here about children picking up on parents fears.

Don't keep asking her if she feels OK or if it hurts, It used to drive me nuts when I was treating kids.

Children, particularly those as young as your daughter can be remarkably calm and stoical in a clinical situation, it's the parents reactions that often set them off.

I had 4 taken out at that age and I was more concerned about the ice cream afterwards than having the teeth out.

Ice cream is the best thing for it

General is very stand these days very rare that things go wrong. Glad the op was fine. Hope she has milked the Ice cream treat hehe

Waw, stressful day. Was worried cause of the general anesthetic. Daughter fasto now. She is only 4 so big worries i guess. I am 46 and my daughter is my life!
