I'll start with The Underwater cigarette

wouldn't a cigarette that worked underwater also be useful for heavy rain where smoking can actually be difficult, thats way to useful, you FAIL

what about making a descriptive commentary for episodes of heroes so blind people know whats going on, then play it on BBC HD, of course, they already do that. thats one of the most pointless things i've seen lately.

what you're describing is a cigarette that doesn't work underwater, a underwater cigarette would be designed to not go out underwater. you can get flares and other things that burn without water dousing them. you can have heat underwater aswell, and you can have things that light up and ignite underwater
