What's the difference between a Don & an Underboss by the way, apart from the tea making duties I hear about? :)
 
Underbosses can't ban people or close threads like dons can I thought?

I dunno if they can edit people's posts though....I believe their duties are to inform dons of naughtiness that happens on the forums. Kinda like a secretary...... ;)

We have no moderating powers, but normally send out numerous emails to rule breakers (mainly siggys and you wouldn't believe how many) report dodgy posts, ask for thread removals/forum moves, throw in a "calming" post now and then and sometimes, like when the new UB's were appointed, our opinion is sought, although ignored mainly, as Davey's/Rotty's and Memphisto's appointments prove.:D

The UBs call attention to the work (grass/snitch/whatever) and the Dons go round cleaning up after them ;)
