Didn't look to me like the "Jogger" ran into him but up to him. It could quite easily have had a suicide vest on and boom.. I really wouldn't have thought people could get that close to him in this current level of threat.

Funny, the BBC news channel was reporting that the person had been arrested and then 'de-arrested' after it was discovered it was a harmless mistake. A few minutes later they went to their reporter on the scene, who said the person was in custody.
Shouldn't they all be on the same page of the script?

he ran right into him/up to him, come on guys that's so easy to see. Whether or not it was on purpose who knows, but looking at the video, if that so called jogger (looks nothing like a jogger btw) was unable to move a few steps to the right to avoid him, than I'd say that was a blind person. Not an ounce of an attempt not to run into or up to him. The guy had like 4 steps on the pavement to move in front of the PM lmao
