First of all, apologies for the multiple threads.

My parents have both got DOC cover on their insurance policies. However, apparently this cover isn't valid on another car unless it has an insurance policy already on it (so they wouldn't be able to pick up an un-insured car, driving it on their own insurance)

Do dayinsure.com allow this?

Thanks :)

Does it specifically state this in the policy they have?

Yes, its kinda the whole point.

Indeed it does - its used on a regular basis.

So they'd be able to drive a car that currently has no insurance policy on it? As long as its taxed and MOT'd?
