I was supposed to work today but no chance of that. Had the worst nights sleep ever, it was agony trying to move my head and get comfortable. Never done this before as I never really do shrugs, I mainly rely on deadlifts as they build up my traps nicely.
It'll be a day or two of being really careful with it and rubbish sleep then a further couple of days with a stiff neck and the constant fear of pulling it again!
Its the only recurring pull/sprain I ever get so I *always* do really light sets to warm up and only do smith machine shrugs.
