.dd Linux file viewer in Windows - portable ideally?

Hi guys,

Does anyone know of a portable app, needs to be able to execute from a flash drive ideally, that can be pointed at and read .dd disk image files that were created in Linux and stored on disc media?

Paid or otherwise, I'm not buying
