ddr 2 question

ok im planning on using my old ddr2 400 cl3 memory from my dell machine on a asrock 775XFire-eSATA2 775 motherboard for my daughters machine now what i would like to know will the new asrock board support ddr2 400 memory as it says:
Supports Dual Channel DDRII533 x 4 DIMMs

your help would be great

I would assume it will support all memory lower then the one that it states.

I didnt even know you could get DDR2 400

also your ddr2 should clock to 533 speads easily.
