Hey all,
Anyone care to share what would be the maximum voltage they'd be willing to put through a pair of ddr2 ram sticks ?
Just installed a pair of Patriot PDC22G6400LLK Low Latency 1gb sticks and they need 2.3v set in the bios to do 12-4-4-4-2T@850mhz.
I won't be pushing the fsb of my motherboard (Biostar TA690G) any further as my X2 3600 tops out at 3ghz (330fsb / 533div for ram) so this is as high as they'll be run at.
I'd like to try and get them running at 1T if possible, but I'm wary of damaging the sticks by putting too many volts through them ( bios goes to 2.65v
