ddr3 max stick size

Hi dose anyone know what the largest stick size will be is for ddr3 memory as every new standard has doubled ie sdram 512mb ddr1 1024mb ddr2 2056mb ddr3 ?

Cellshock have 8GB and 16GB kits made up of 4 Modules, I had the URL and one was for sale on a famous Auction site (UK section).

I cant remember if DDR2 or DDR3, but if its DDR2 its sure to happen soon on DDR3 also.
