DDR3 Upgrade Advice

Good morning OC!

I have a question regarding upgrading the RAM in my system, and due to not looking at anything component wise since I built it in 2014 I'm a bit behind the curve..

I currently have an MSI Z87-GD65 with an i7 4770K and 8Gb (in 2x 4Gb) of TeamGroup Xtreem LV DDR3 PC3-19200C10 2400MHz Dual Channel Memory which was originally running on Win7 Ultimate but I'm now running on Win10 Pro.

Would my MoBo be compatible with 32Gb (in 4x 8Gb) of TeamGroup Vulcan Red DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel?

The main aim is to gain some RAM back so I can run Arma3 in 64-bit mode- which seems to require quite a bit more RAM than 8Gb total..

Any advice appreciated!

(Just to add, I've gone for 32Gb because MOAR..)

But I'd use 2 x 16GB rather than 4 x 8GB

It doens't seem to be available in 2x 16Gb.. i'm sure 4x8 will be fine for my needs.. he says.

Never saw ddr3 available in 16gb/stick...

4x8 will work fine, but may need you to punt more volts to the memory controller, especially if running overclocked.
